The earlier in event planning process you engage our services the more beneficial the impact will be. However don’t let this deter you, we have helped clients improve their event (environmentally and socially) 6 weeks out from the event.
Because events range in size and complexity our pricing per event is bespoke however our quotes provide a ’no hidden fees’ rule and what you see is what you get and we can alter them to suit. You can see an outline of our packages here.

Of course, let us save you time. You could pay us for a one hour session and save yourself 6 hours of vendor search time as we know the right vendors, at the right price for your job (because we have worked with them all before!).
We do, we look for people who care about the planet and their team like we do but if you have vendors you have booked / want to work with this is no problem at all.
If you want us to be there, we will be. We have travelled for event and wedding co-ordination many times. For corporate clients we prefer to be there on the day to support the event running and collect data for your post event impact report if this is the outcome you are after.
Absolutely, living in a post covid world we know that sickness and unexpected issues can hit at any time. We have three back up coordinators who can take care of your event if our original event planner assigned to your job isn’t available.
We can help set up and align your event to capture the correct parameters for third party Toitū Net Carbonzero certification. We can also assist with gathering the data on the day so you can focus on enjoying your event and manage the certification process for you.
